Pertanto alle ore 3.00 i militari davano corso alle operazioni di perquisizione, non prima di aver reso noto alla sottoponenda della facolta' di farsi assistere da un difensore di fiducia.
A specifica domanda se presso la propria abitazione, occultasse materiale esplodente ovvero materiale atto al suo confezionamento,la perquisita rispondeva negativamente.
La perquisizione aveva termine alle ore 4,30 successive con esito negativo"
